Lumqivo offers Standard Shipping and Express Shipping to eligible addresses within the United States.

5–12 business days after dispatch.

8.2 Express Shipping

Estimated delivery time:

2–9 business days after dispatch.

Express Shipping is designed to provide an estimated delivery window approximately 3 business days faster than Standard Shipping under normal shipping conditions.

Express Shipping does not guarantee delivery on a specific date or guarantee that every shipment will arrive exactly three business days earlier.

8.3 Shipping Rates

Shipping thresholds are based on the eligible merchandise subtotal after applicable discounts and before taxes, unless otherwise specified at checkout.

The applicable shipping options and charges will be displayed before payment.

8.4 Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates begin when an order is dispatched.

Business days generally exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and applicable public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Orders shipped using Standard Shipping are eligible for return requests within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

10.2 Express Shipping Orders

Orders shipped using Express Shipping are eligible for return requests within 80 calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

The applicable return period begins on the date the customer receives the product.

For orders delivered in multiple shipments, the return period for each item begins on the date that item is delivered.

10.3 Return Shipping Costs

Lumqivo covers return shipping costs for all approved returns.

Customers are not required to pay return shipping charges when following our authorized return process.

Where a physical return is required, we will provide an appropriate prepaid return shipping label or another authorized return arrangement at our expense.

10.4 Refunds

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise required or agreed in accordance with applicable law.

We aim to issue approved refunds within 5 business days after receipt of the returned item and completion of any necessary inspection.

If no physical return is required, we aim to issue the refund within 5 business days after approval.
